In today's episode, I had the pleasure to interview both Pat English (Achill, Co. Mayo) and Pat Kelly (Craughwell, Co. Galway) about their time moving to Abu Dhabi in 1992 & 1993.

Both of them share how they decided to move out to Abu Dhabi in the 90s, what life was like here, how the GAA community started and some wise words about moving home to Ireland.
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode and thank them both for giving me their time to interview them. I hope you enjoy it just as much when you listen.

Saturday May 15, 2021
Saturday May 15, 2021
In this episode I explain the model of The Drama Triangle, created 40 years ago by a man named Stephen B. Karpman.
The Drama Triangle is not intended to represent an actual victim, but rather someone feeling or acting like one. It is all about how we people interact with one another.
I delve into the three roles in this model; the victim, the persecutor, and the rescuer.
Also, I share a little about my own emotional healing journey and how it even started in the first place.
This week's song choice is Christina Aguilera 'The Voice Within' - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nA2k79EGHbc
